Why no interest in the Brits? I know you appreciate the military...Brit soldiers like Glenn here have a frontline role in taking it to our enemies every day and are serious about eradicating the evil out there. A 19-year-old on his (at least) second deployment...shot and stepped on a landmine...if that's not sacrifice for a greater good, what is? Why doesn't this make mainstream "news?" Don't get you started on that one, right?

This porn in 3D is ridiculous! It only shows how perverted the mind of the producer is. Well it's a nature for a human to be craving for something more thrilling or worse that is.

This is horrendous!!! We as parents know that our children are exposed to stuff that we know to be distorted when they go to school. We have tried to prepare them for the times when they must come to us with they questions and curiosities, not friends who more than likely don't have their facts straight. But to think that they're going to get distorted info from those who we want to think we could trust them with? Argh!!!!

A big handful of churches in our town sponsored a weekend human sexuality workshop for youth and parents when I was that age. I think I was in 7th grade... They presented everything properly and according to the order of the Word, not the World. We took the class with our parents. The workshop is still offered to this day. I hope it'll still be around in about 7 more years... Love you David. Keep up the good work sweetie.

If I am understanding this topic correctly, these kids will know more by the age of 6 than I knew when I was 14. That is rediculous. My first 'sex ed' course was in 5th grade and that was simply talking about what puberty was. I do not remember it once mentioning girls or sex, just gender specific reproductive health (boys and girls were separated for the class.) That is what I consider effective sex ed for younger ages, enough info for them to know how to take care of themselves without introducing them to what they dont need to know. In fact I didnt know what sex even was until 8th grade and by then I understood abstinence to be the way to go.

Still, all of this nonsense of giving the kids information to make informed decisions would work but only if these kids had the maturity of an adult which one cannot assume they do. If anyone in my field of study was to publish a theory with such a blatent oversight as that, they would probably be ridiculed by collegues without end. These are kids, they are still innocent minded, I pray that this school board will realize it and vote down this program and let them retain their innocence for as long as they can.

Right now we still have a sedan, a Chrysler Sebring, which is nice and has a lot of room. But when it comes time to need a car to hold more kiddos, God willing, we'll probably get a van since a SUV is usually too big for our garage.

I thought the video was pretty cool...it was really refreshing to watch. The videos out now-a-days promote to much sexuality and having lots and lots of money.

We roll 5 deep in the Mazda 5. It was the most compact w/3rd row, most efficient, most affordable, somewhat fun (available manny tranny!) and the sportiest, most non-minivan looking minivan we could find. It's a bit tight...but it's tight, yall. zoom-zoom.

You did a wonderful job articulating the position of the Catholic Church.
One thing that wasn't covered in your post, but contributes to the argument is: Why do women have this desire? Is it because they want to do everything that a man does, or is it because they don't know what their role in the Church is? Or how to express their talents in service to the church?
Just a thought.
I appreciate this discussion.
